Our Team

  • Anna Chaney | Owner, Founder

Meet Anna Chaney, owner of Honey's Harvest Farm! Anna is a 13th generation Anne Arundel County resident and lives with her three children at Honey’s Harvest Farm. Her first business was Herrington on the Bay, a restaurant and catering service. Anna is a Certified Energy Healer and Functional Nutrition Practitioner and is passionate about living soil, nutrient dense food and medicine, and energetic health.

A fun fact about Anna: She loves bike riding and rode up the Col du Tourmalet ahead of the Tour de France in 2003 when she was pregnant with her second child!

  • Karis DeHaven | Admin & Marketer

Karis joined Honey's Harvest Farm in 2020 and has loved growing alongside the Honey's team. Her role includes sending out weekly newsletters, making social media posts, keeping the website updated, creating marketing materials, organizing the First Sunday Markets, and helping facilitate the 10 Day Detox program. She also began teaching a gluten free sourdough class at the farm last summer.

In her free time, Karis enjoys reading, writing, practicing yoga, and learning German.

  • Rebecca Feldman | Holistic Chef

Rebecca worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years as a server, event planner, and bartender before graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach in 2014. She has always loved cooking and creating beautiful experiences over healthy, nourishing food. She is now the holistic chef at Honey’s.

Fun fact about Rebecca: Her favorite activity outside of cooking healthy food is rock climbing.

  • Herb Harris | Herbalist

Herb connected with Honey’s Harvest Farm through an interest in herbal medicine and working with plants. Now, he works mostly behind the scenes creating new herbal tinctures and tea blends with plants grown on the farm. If you visit the farm store on a Saturday, though, chances are good that Herb will be the one to greet you from behind the counter!

Herb is a talented musician who has toured all over the country, and he plays the auto harp for our solstice and equinox sound healing concerts at the farm. When he's not working at Honey's, Herb teaches piano, guitar, and ukulele.

  • Janice Loos | Event & Venue Director

Before she came to Honey’s, Janice was an event designer for over 13 years at a waterfront wedding and special event venue. She is skilled at planning and designing events and developing menus; however, it's her genuine care for people that has been her key to success in providing amazing events and cultivating lasting relationships with her clients.

While Janice loves many outdoor activities, she is most excited about learning a new, fun, and challenging sport—golf!

  • Connar Willman | Medicine Man

Although you may not see Connar when you visit the farm, he's an integral part of the research and cultivation that goes into all of our products, keeping a strong focus on the health of the soil, the nutrient density of all of the products grown and harvested, and the ultimate sustainability of the farm and its operational systems.

Connar enjoys hunting, fishing, and foraging in a sustainable manner, as well as playing the Sun Gong, an ancient healing music form that lulls listeners into cosmic states of meditation, bliss, and relaxation.
